Tvara LLC (“we” or “us”) provides the zingy.ai website and various digital content and services available at or through that website and related mobile applications (taken together, the “Service”). It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating the Service, as set forth below.
Website and App Usage
Like most website and mobile application providers, zingy.ai collects non-personally-identifying information available via web browsers, mobile devices and servers, such as page views, clicks, browser type, device type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. zingy.ai’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how zingy.ai’s visitors use its Service. From time to time, zingy.ai may release non-personally identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its Service.
zingy.ai also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users. zingy.ai only discloses IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

zingy.ai collects data about the behavior of users of the Service. Disclosure of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
zingy.ai discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors, affiliated organizations and suppliers (including its providers) that reasonably need to know that information in order to process it on zingy.ai’s behalf or to provide services available via zingy.ai’s Services.

Business Transfers

zingy.ai may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in zingy.ai’s sole discretion. Under Nevada law, certain Nevada consumers may opt out of the sale of “personally identifiable information” for monetary consideration (as such terms are defined under Nevada law) to a person for that person to license or sell such information to additional persons.
